Holistic Open Source Tools

In collaboration with the IOTA Foundation, we built a decentralized identity and wallet infrastructure for the IOTA ecosystem. As a result, developers now have holistic identity tools that enable four capabilities around Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI):

  1. Create & issue Verifiable Credentials (to digitize identity data)

  2. Manage & share Verifiable Credentials

  3. Verify Verifiable Credentials (for auth, identity verification, …)

  4. Use Verifiable Credentials with traditional identity/CIAM

These capabilities can be used to build diverse use cases such as in the public sector (passports, visas, proof of residence), education (diplomas, student IDs), employment (badges, organizational affiliation), banking (KYC, loans) and beyond.
